About J. Walsh Richards

J.Walsh Richards, Jr is a member of a family that has been in the Real Estate business for over 100 years. Walsh has been in the mortgage banking business primarily in the commercial area funding hospitals, nursing homes and related health care facilities for over 40 years. Walsh is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Walsh retired from the mortgage banking industry in 2007 in which he holds the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and is now engaged in residential Real Estate in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. Besides Walsh's experience in mortgage banking he has many years in the residential construction field. He is licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
